Terms of service

CUCU Cloud is a service of CUCU API LLC: managed Odoo Community for a flat monthly fee per company, per the plan you subscribe to as published on the pricing page.

The monthly fee covers operations (hosting, daily backups, minor updates, plan-level support). It does not include custom development, payroll, per-country fiscal localizations or major version migrations — those are quoted as separate projects.

You can cancel anytime from the customer portal; service remains active until the end of the paid period and we hand you a full export of your database.

The agent's AI consumption runs on the customer's own API key, at the provider's cost, with no markup from us.
